Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TCG Payout (“we”, “us”) is operated by Steel Clover Ventures LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. These terms apply when you submit cards for a quote, accept an offer, or sell cards to us.

2. Who can sell to us

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner of the cards you submit, or authorized by the owner to sell them. We currently buy only from sellers in the United States.

3. Which cards we buy

We currently buy Pokémon trading cards. More trading card games are coming soon. Until we add them, we don't make offers on cards from other games, and we can't return those at our cost if they're sent to us.

4. Quotes

• Quotes are free and you're under no obligation to accept them.
• A quote is based on the photos and information you provide and on market conditions at the time. Each quote is valid for 7 days.
• We may decline to make an offer on any submission.
• Individual offers are made for cards worth $2 or more. Cheaper cards are paid at our posted bulk rates.

5. Inspection and revised offers

We inspect every order when it arrives. If the count, condition or authenticity differs from your submission, we'll send you a revised offer before paying. You can accept the revised offer or ask for your cards back. Return shipping is paid by the seller.

6. Genuine cards only

By submitting cards you confirm they're genuine and haven't been altered. We don't buy counterfeit, proxy or altered cards. If we find any, we'll tell you and leave them out of the offer.

7. Shipping

Please ship only after accepting our quote, packed as described in our FAQ. You pay shipping on offers under $100. For offers of $100 or more, we provide a prepaid shipping label. Packages are your responsibility until they arrive, unless you use our prepaid label.

8. Payment

After inspection, and once you've accepted the final offer, we pay you by PayPal within 2 business days. Please make sure your PayPal email is correct. We cover PayPal's fees. Ownership of the cards passes to us when we send payment.

9. Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to a sale is limited to the amount of the offer you accepted. We're not responsible for delays or problems caused by shipping carriers or payment providers.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you submit your cards applies to that submission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
