TCG Payout is operated by Steel Clover Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”). This page explains what we collect when you ask for a quote, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and PayPal email address.
• Details and photos of the cards you submit, and any notes you add.
• Basic technical information our form service records to block spam, such as your IP address.

How we use it

• To prepare your quote and talk with you about it.
• To pay you through PayPal.
• To prevent fraud, such as counterfeit cards or stolen collections.
• To keep the business records the law requires, such as purchase records for taxes.

We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who helps us

We use a small number of services to run this site: a website host (Cloudflare), a form service that receives quote requests (Basin), PayPal for payments, and our email provider. They handle your information only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We delete photos from quotes that don't lead to a sale within 6 months. We keep records of completed purchases for as long as tax law requires.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@tcgpayout.com. We'll keep only what the law requires us to keep.

Children

You must be 18 or older to sell to us. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
